DM Consulting LLC is a woman owned Consulting firm that provides Government Contracting Consulting, Procurement Acquisition Training, and Program Management services. We also offer Certification Consulting services for businesses that are interested in (MBE, WBE, WOSB, DBE, HUBZone, and Veteran's Certifications). Our Program Management Consulting Services assist clients who are awarded Government Contracts with successfully managing contract deliverables.

We specialize in the areas of Procurement Acquisition Training, Certification Preparation, Proposal Writing, Program and Project Management for contracts that are awarded to small businesses and mid-sized businesses.
We establish innovative operational plans to assist the specific needs of our clients, helping clients gain increased awareness and knowledge about how to compete for contracts (some of which are specifically set aside for small businesses) in the Government and private sector. We develop diverse strategies to help our clients maintain competitive advantages in the marketplace, and if necessary, Project Management oversight.

We provide our clients with helpful information about the importance of utilizing business certifications and submit client certification applications. We also consistently monitor the industry to provide our clients with the most up to date information.
